During the epidemic period, the first network working meeting in 2020 of the psoriasis special committee of the 15th dermatology and Venereology branch of Chinese Medical Association was held online in the afternoon of March 1. Professor Zhang Xuejun, leader of the 15th psoriasis group and director of Institute of Dermatology, Fudan University; Professor Zheng Min, Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University; Zhang Chunlei, Third Hospital of Peking University; Professor Li Yuzhen, Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University; Professor Shi Yuling, vice president of Shanghai Dermatology Hospital; Professor Zhang Xibao, director of Institute of Dermatology, Guangzhou Medical University; China and Japan Professor Cui Yong, vice president of Friendship Hospital; Professor Sun Liangdan, director of scientific research department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University; Mr. Li Yubo, manager and member of psoriasis special committee, member of GPA China Committee, director of psoriasis research center, director of psoriasis demonstration clinic and special clinic, and enterprise representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Professor Shi Yuling and Professor Sun Liangdan.

        First of all, Professor Zhang Xuejun made an opening speech. Professor Zhang expressed his cordial sympathy and thanks to dermatologists who fought in the front line of the anti epidemic war during the epidemic period. He pointed out that it was a beneficial attempt for the psoriasis special committee to change the working meeting mode and carry out the work expansion meeting in the form of network conference during the epidemic period.

        Professor Zhang Chunlei made a report on the work of the psoriasis special committee in 2019. 1. Completed the 15th session of the psoriasis group change work, won 8 projects approved by the national natural fund of psoriasis related countries, published 114 psoriasis related papers, edited and compiled 17 psoriasis related monographs, and edited 2 psoriasis related guidelines / consensus. 2. The Symposium on immunotherapy of skin diseases, the third China psoriasis conference, the official publication of Chinese psoriasis diagnosis and treatment guidelines, the establishment of the China Committee of global psoriasis monitoring program (GPA), 18 popular science activities of dandelion, more than 100 patient education sessions, and participation in the Executive Committee of the International psoriasis Association (IPC) and the IPC think tank meeting.

        Professor Li Yuzhen put forward the work arrangement of psoriasis special committee in 2020. 1. The work plan of the research center includes participating in the publication and publication of the English version of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis in China, the global psoriasis monitoring project, the national distribution of psoriasis and popular science activities, the holding of the fourth China psoriasis conference, and the active participation in the annual meeting of the Chinese Medical Association on dermatology and venereal diseases and the international psoriasis conference. The establishment of the "three year psoriasis clinic" and the "psoriasis outpatient team" were held to promote the construction of the psoriasis clinic and the psoriasis clinic.

        Professor Zheng Min gave a report on the contents of IPC meeting and the contribution situation of London annual meeting. 1. The IPC think tank meeting in 2019 will cover a number of topics, including biological agents, psoriasis disease evaluation, psoriasis search for specific antigens, skin flora, biomarkers, etc. 2. The next strategic plan of IPC includes how to better manage psoriasis, individualized treatment of psoriasis, education of doctors and patients with psoriasis, and global joint efforts to prevent and treat psoriasis. Meanwhile, the time of submission and registration of IPC annual meeting in London is emphasized. It is pointed out that the IPC projects participated by China include GPA project and drug clinical trial research project of pustular psoriasis.

        Professor Zhang Xuejun introduced the promotion of 2020 GPA project. 1. China's global psoriasis surveillance program (GPA) was officially launched in October 2019, and the first batch of GPA projects set up 100 monitoring sites. The first phase of the task is to investigate the medical and health care of psoriasis; the second stage is to establish a psoriasis research cohort and complete the epidemiological survey of psoriatic patients with GPA. 2. Through the GPA project, the academic group can understand the incidence of psoriasis and its comorbidities in China at this stage, and standardize the diagnosis and treatment behavior of clinicians. 3. Future work plan of GPA: to promote the establishment of National Psoriasis cohort and psoriasis health care network; to set up six national monitoring points in the southeast, northwest and northwest of China; to carry out four GPA training sessions to promote the application of the psoriasis GPA survey platform; to carry out a tour of Chinese psoriasis treatment guidelines and dandelion action and GPA training tour.      

        Professor Zhang Xibao introduced the promotion and arrangement of psoriasis guidelines. 1. 2019 "China psoriasis diagnosis and treatment guidelines national tour" has achieved good results. A novel coronavirus pneumonia guideline promotion plan was reported in 2.2020 years. Taking Guangzhou as an example, the current line of new crown pneumonia is limited. During the period, online tour inspection is conducted. The 10 Line tours under the 10 main lines of Guangdong, Guangdong, Guangdong and Northern Pearl River Delta region have been implemented. 5 games have been launched and 6-9 are preparing for the next stage.

        Prof. Shi Yuling introduced the situation of soliciting contributions for the psoriasis special session of the annual meeting. 1. There are five unit themes in the annual meeting, which are the special session on the new progress of basic research on psoriasis, the special session on the research of precision medicine and translational medicine, the special session on the new progress of clinical diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis, the special session of psoriasis research center, and the special session of psoriasis continuing education. 2. The preparation work for the special session of psoriasis is ready.

        Professor Sun Liangdan reported the organization of the 4th China psoriasis Congress. 1. The fourth China psoriasis Congress was held in Hefei from October 22 to 25, 2020, and the preparations for the meeting were carried out in an orderly manner. 2. Reviewed the three sessions of China psoriasis Congress, "world psoriasis Memorial Day activities" and "Dandelion psoriasis patients education public welfare activities and Chinese dermatology hundreds of psoriasis experts and thousands of psoriasis patients face-to-face" consultation public welfare activities, which have been widely praised, and thank many enterprises for their strong support.

        Professor Cui Yong reported on the establishment of the psoriasis special platform and the free free free diagnosis of anti epidemic situation. 1. During the epidemic period, relying on Internet hospitals to carry out "contactless diagnosis and treatment / drug purchase" has become a trend, and has achieved good results. 2. The free clinic platform is led by the authoritative expert team of the Chinese Medical Association, supported by the national telemedicine center of China Japan Friendship Hospital, and supported by the Internet service platform of doctor miaoshou, 400 registered doctors have been registered, nearly 3000 psoriasis patients have been served, and more than 10000 inquiries have been answered, and the free clinic will continue.

        Manager Li Yubo introduced how to use doctor miaoshou's psoriasis platform. 1. Miaoshou Internet hospital is an internet medical platform to serve doctors and patients, and an Internet cloud clinic for doctors and doctor groups. 2. The steps of using the app include downloading, registering, filing and inviting patients. Certified doctors can manage patients online by sharing QR code.

        Finally, Professor Zhang Xuejun summarized the meeting, reviewed the content of the meeting, emphasized the next GPA work plan, pointed out that today's online meeting is not only a work summary meeting, but also a work arrangement meeting. He expressed his gratitude to all the representatives and announced the successful conclusion of the meeting.

        At the critical moment of the national fight against the epidemic, the psoriasis special committee of Dermatology and Venereology branch of Chinese Medical Association complied with the requirements of national prevention and control and carried out online meetings to avoid crowd gathering. Through this network work conference, the next work direction of the special committee was clarified. The establishment of online free free free diagnosis platform facilitated the medical service for patients with psoriasis and other skin diseases in China. The integration with the international psoriasis Association (IPC), academic exchange and the gradual development of China's GPA project promoted the rapid development of psoriasis prevention and treatment in China.
