Because of the cold weather in winter, patients with psoriasis sweat less, pores are easy to contract and clog, and bathe less often than in summer, so some harmful substances in the body cannot be removed in a timely and effective manner, which is also one of the factors that lead to the aggravation and recurrence of the disease.

(5) Generally speaking, people lack of exercise in winter, sleep and rest time is not regular, sleep time is too long or too short have certain harm to the disease.

(6) Enjoy a stimulating diet in winter. To keep out the cold many people like to drink some wine, or eat some spicy food, so some of the diet is also causing the disease relapse factors.
