Mild protectants and emollients should be used in the acute phase of psoriasis. Stable period and subsiding period can use the drug with stronger action, but should start from low concentration. Common topical drugs include:

(1) Emollient: Vaseline, glycerin, mineral oil, urea, etc.

(2) Keratinizer: 2% ~ 5% coal tar or bran distillate, 5% ~ 10% black bean distillate, 3% salicylic acid, 3% ~ 5% sulfur, 0.1% ~ 0.5% dianthranol, 0.001% carbolic ointment, 5% fishstone grease.

(3) Keratinolytic agent: 5% ~ 10% salicylic acid, 10% razoxine, 10% sulfur, 20% urea, 0.1% retinoic acid, 10% ~ 30% ichthyolipin.

(4) Glucocorticoids: Low efficiency: 0.5% ~ 2.5% hydrocortisone acetate, 0.25% ~ L % methylprednisolone; Median efficacy: 0.1% hydrocortisone butyrate, 0.1% dexamethasone, 0.1% triamcinolone, 0.03% flumexone tevalate, 0.1% mometasone furoate; Strength: 0.5% percutaneous hydropine, 0.1% betamethasone valerate, 0.1% hasinade; Extra-strong: 0.05% clobetasol propionate, 0.05% halometasone, 0.05% diflurasone.

(5) Retinoic acid: 0.025% ~ 0.1% all-trans retinoic acid, 0.05% isoretinoic acid, 0.1% adapalin gel, 0.01%, 0.05% and 0.1% tazarotene, etc.

(6) Vitamin D3 derivatives: capparitol, tacasitol and calcitriol.

(7) Dianthranol: 0.1% ~ 0.5% dianthranol ointment, cream, paste and compound preparation.

(8) Tar: 5% coal tar, L % ~ 5% coal tar, 5% ~ 10% black bean run oil, 5% bran run oil.

(9) Cytotoxic drugs: 0.05% aqueous solution of nitrogen mustard hydrochloride or ethanol solution.

(10) Others: 0.01% ~ 0.025% horseradish ointment; Camptothecin, etc., 10% ~ 15%.

Tazarotene, moderate and strong glucocorticoids, and carbapetol can be used as first-line drugs for local treatment.
