        Psoriasis is a genetic and environmentally mediated inflammatory immune skin disease. Professor Sun Liangdan's team established a high-resolution Chinese population for the first time through a series of human genome mutation studies Han-MHC complete genetic variation database, to construct a polymorphism map of HLA alleles, haplotypes, and amino acid sequences in the Chinese population, for the prediction, early diagnosis, drug efficacy and side effects of tumors, infections, metabolism and other immune-related diseases. Precision medicine research such as immune rejection of organ transplantation and targeted therapy provides important reference data; discovers 25 susceptibility genes/pathogenic genes of psoriasis, reveals the genetic susceptibility mechanism of the disease, and lays the foundation for in-depth research on precision medicine; discovers different races The main genetic basis for differences in the prevalence of psoriasis. The research results of this project have accumulated experience and reference for the research of disease genome variation in my country, and provided a basis for the development of disease precision medicine research and application.

        It is reported that the Dermatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University has systematically developed common skin diseases such as psoriasis, systemic lupus erythematosus, vitiligo, atopic dermatitis, etc. The genetic pathogenesis, molecular genetic pathogenesis and translational medicine research of monogenic diseases such as disseminated superficial actinic porkeratosis and punctate palmoplantar keratosis and translational medicine have found a series of originality Research results, published more than 400 SCI papers, of which 23 papers were published in internationally renowned academic journals such as New England Journal of Medicine and Nature Genetics. He successively won the first prize of the 2016 China Medical Science and Technology Award, the 2016 Anhui Provincial Natural Science Award, the 2014 Ministry of Education Natural Science Award, the 2007 National Science and Technology Progress Award, and the 2009 Ministry of Education Natural Science Award.
