The incidence of psoriasis itself has been increasing year by year, and the county population is the largest group in China, and it is also the group that needs the most attention in the diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis. However, the development of county specialists and staff is not yet perfect. According to the important target of the national hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, Healthy China 2030 requires that "the disease does not leave the county", and 90% of the diseases are diagnosed and treated in the county ; County-level hospitals are the main places for seeing doctors in counties in China, and are the tertiary medical network in rural areas. To achieve the "Healthy China 2030" target, it is particularly important to do a good job in county medical and sanitation.
